Ybor City R&H has such a welcoming feeling from the minute you walk in the door. Ms. Daisy at the front reception always greets me with a smile and a warm "hello". The administrator, Nikki truly cares about the facility being it's best. There is definitely a family atmosphere among the staff and how they treat their residents. Even though the facility is not as grand as some of the newer ones, when I visit I see the caring ways of the staff and always enjoy my time at Ybor.

. This place tolerated my attitude at 1st, and still treated me with respect. Then "me" finally showed up and they all say they wish they had 10 patients like me!
After googling all the rehabs my insurance carrier approved, this was the ONLY one without lawsuits against them. I highly recommend them, and I can't thank them enough for the genuine care and consideration they've shown me.
The Ybor City Rehab Center off 7th and Nebraska. I'm very glad I chose them!
And, on top of that, I've even made a couple of life long friends named Debbie,,, of course! She is a lifer here, 5 years now, a victim of a stroke and played bass in a local band here. And even though she is damaged by the stroke, she can still play her bass!
Miss Tina did NOT miss her calling, a long with the awesome people in the therapy dept. I came out even more humble! Thank you for being part of my healing process!

I took my mother there after a fall she was there 2 weeks and it was horrible. They pack them 4 per room. Ac does not work. The food well let’s just say my dogs food looks better than what they serve there. The two weeks my mom was there she did not get one bath I would bring wipes and wipe her down and put ointment on her heat rash’s from not being bathed. They never changed her clothes unless I did it. In order to get someone type of attention you have to show your bad side. Don’t take a loved one there.

Every time I go in My brother room, before today, ( they moved him to another room and no one notified me), his clothes are everywhere, clothes he had on from church, no one hung them up for him. The nurses are Great, Kitchen staff is great. I informed one of the House Keepers there was some water by other residents bed, she rolled her eyes at me, I just walked away. I used to do this kind of work and we would help each other.

Each time I visit Ybor City Center For Rehabilitation And Healing to see my Big brother who is a resident of this facility in Tampa, Fl.
I am greeted with the warmest regards from the staff there ,and I see this facility meets my expectations every time, for its cleanliness to its quiet quality of elevated care for my brother and the other patients and residents there.
I would gladly recommend Ybor City to my friends and family for long or short term care.
