Having been to a few rehab facilities for my spouse, this is the perfect one for him to be cared for and build his strength. Jennifer Baker assessed him and helped get him admitted, Yahaira Rodriguez was welcoming and helpful in the paperwork, Matt Mines, administrator, helped me get my husband settled and unpacked my car of his many effects,Dawn Mosely did everything needed to document his condition and process him into the facility, Jackie (social services) was helpful and reassuring of next step care, Lana (finance) has helped me navigate the labyrinth of Medicare, and longer term care as needed, Katie (speech therapy) is working to advance my husband's food options, the various physical therapists are hard working, kind and patient and the CNA, Lorna, is a total gem. My husband adores her for her kindness, caring heart, joy and understanding. The facility is bright, clean, and pleasant with light colors, artwork, many windows, and no odor. Bonus: I can walk there in five minutes from my home. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and kind. I could not be more pleased!

Delaney Park has been great in aiding my recovery. Jackie the Social worker has been extremely kind and helpful during my stay and has made sure I have everything I need for my discharge home to be successful! I would recommend Delaney Park for anyone who needs rehab in their future .

After 3 failed attempts, 2 of them the WORST: Palm Garden 👎🏼 and Conway Lakes 👎🏼! Desperate, I prayed to Jehovah to guide me and help me find the right place for my mother's progress and health… A place where they would have compassion, where their mission and objective wasn't payment, but helping their patients and, consequently, their families… I can say that Jehovah God heard my prayers!!! Delaney Park Health and Rehabilitation Center is the right place for your loved ones! Today we can sleep peacefully because we know our mother is well cared for and attended to!!! Thank you, Yahaira from Admission for the tour and for your availability!!! A BIG THANK YOU, to all the staff on the second floor, from nurses Ana, Ivylin, to CNAs Neylin, Shernese, Wound Care Pedro, Therapy Team Barb and Yamir , among others!!! Jackie, the social worker, is probably one of the worst humans I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For a social worker, especially, she is horrible at her job. She is rude, she is a bully, and she refuses to do her job. We’ve been forced to pay for so much out of pocket because she refuses to do the paperwork for Medicare. She’s done everything in her power to remove my MIL from the facility because she can’t be bothered with paperwork.
Now, I don’t know the names of the other office staff, but they are so incredibly rude and unhelpful whenever they call us, or when we call them. They are constantly demanding money and threatening us to essentially kick my MIL out if they don’t receive thousands of dollars at the drop of a hat.
Beware of Delaney. They will sell it to you as better than the rest, but once you’re in, you’ll be getting phone calls left and right to shake you down. And none of it makes any sense because Medicare should be paying, but again, they don’t do the paperwork.

The facility, it's Amazing friendly and Family oriented. All the care management awesome.. Nurses and all the staff are aware to the patient. My Dad is doing a lot better after from the hospital. Miss Yahaira Rodriguez made a good explanation about the Facility
