I have been at Aviata for two years. Everyone has always treated me kindly and courteous. When I have outside doctors appointments, I always ask for someone to go with me. They send Brenda and she is always helpful. She does a very good job. I appreciate all of the staff here.

Aspire has been a great place for Mom. The staff is always attentive and concerned. They are always available to answer questions or concerns. The facility is always clean. The Doctors and nurses are always available to answer any questions. This facility cares about the well-being of its residents. I highly recommend Aspire for anyone trying to find a place for their loved ones.

Hi, my name is Denise, and I arrived at Harbor Beach on 05/02/2025 after emergency surgery, which saved my life and the staff at Harbor Beach did everything in their power to treat me well and to help me get my pain meds when I had none. they went above and beyond. What a nice surprise to see how much people still care. All nursing staff have been wonderful and gone above and beyond. Including the DPE Brenda when she took me to the ATM and to the store to purchase some items. and physical therapy were kind enough to supply me some clothes on my 1st day of arrival and for the rest of the week. Even the kitchen staff have been great. Also Sarah from housekeeping has been at Harbor Beach for 25years went above and beyond for me. again I give 5 stars to everyone that I have encounter with at this facility.

Sadly I have to say my mother's stay at this facility was a complete failure. My mother was needing two very specific medications I was assured as was the hospital that she would get the medicine she needed as well as the services because she has been bed bound. After 4 days in the facility they still did not have the antibiotics putting her a great risk for the infection to grow. The facility itself is older. This facility was not capable of handling someone who needs care like my mother if you have somebody who just needs a place to be looked after but not really being taken care of perhaps this would be okay. The food is horrendous. Overall it was not a very good stay I had to send her back to the hospital after 4 days.. when she was taken back to the hospital she had a new infection on her arm.. ultimately the arm infection got worse and my mother died from infection. I believe Aspire is responsible and had she not gone to the facility she might still be with us. An inspection was done by the state and they found multiple violations. I would avoid sending anyone here.

The care at Harbor Beach is extremely good. Harbor Beach has approximately 58 beds which is much smaller then most typical nursing homes, which created more of a family atmosphere and very easy to establish personal relationships when calling about your loved one. The staff is always available for the residents. Through the Covid period, I must say the Harbor Staff was really on the ball, and they continue to make the well-being of the residents a priority. My mother has been there for a few years now and I feel very comfortable with her in Harbors hands. A big thanks to the staff there.
