I came into the Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab center with limited range of motion and a fair amount of pain. Thanks to the outstanding effort of the staff, especially Rachel and Melissa, I came out pain free, stronger, and within normal range of motion. Both Rachel and Melissa were extremely professional and delightfully personable. I felt welcome and challenged at the same time.
The most impressive thing in my book was I was able to return to the gym while in therapy. To me it was a great safety net and gave me the confidence to improve.
I highly recommend this group of physical therapists. As you can see the equipment and cleanliness of the place is first rate.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this rehab team, state of the art facility and trainers.
I have had 2 knee surgeries over the past 2 years, due to tennis, and have required months of physical therapy. The physical therapists met with me the day after each surgery to begin my journey to recovery. They assess my strengths and weaknesses each session along the way and challenge me when I am up to the task. And they are supportive and kind along the way.
I believe the fantastic guidance and amazing equipment has allowed me to rehab faster than I had even hoped. In addition they offer a performance program with amazing sports trainers to get you back to where you want to be after you have finished physical therapy. The trainers are able to work with the physical therapists to customize a work out plan specifically for you. It’s a great option and I feel it will help me build strength and agility so I don’t get injured again.
I would and have highly recommended this group to anyone in need of PT or performance training!

The physical therapy experience here is unique. There is an opportunity to work with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning coaches, who are all highly experienced individuals that can help you get back to achieving your goals. Lenni Jo has been a great therapist to learn from. She has been truly inspiring in regards to her knowledge and patient rapport. The coordinating staff at the front is organized and great with communicating and scheduling appointments. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and always prioritize your best interest first. The facility is spacious, fully equipped, and maintains a high standard of cleanliness for all equipment used.

From day 1 of my meniscus repair recovery, I knew I was in good hands. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure you're taking the proper steps to get healthy, and they genuinely care about your progress.

This has been, by far, the best PT experience I've ever had! The training quality, energy, environment, and of course the team, have all been amazing. I'm especially grateful for Lenni and Rachel as they have been fantastic to work with and my recovery has been incredible. I fully recommend anyone to come here, especially any athletes. This team takes PT to the next level and you're going to have a great time! The hardest part is having to leave when your session is over because you're going to want to stay here as long as possible!
