Sadly I have to say my mother's stat at this facility was a complete failure. My mother was fancy needing two very specific medications I was assured as was the hospital that she would get the medicine she needed as well as the services because she has been bound. After 4 days in the facility they still did not have the antibiotics putting her a great risk for the infection to grow. The facility itself is older. To stop there is very nice the people working are very nice. This facility was not capable of handling someone who needs care like my mother if you have somebody who just needs a place to be looked after but not really being taken care of perhaps this would be okay. The food is horrendous. Overall it was not a very good day I had to send her back to the hospital after 4 days

I was an inpatient here. This skilled nursing home has everything you need. The doctors and nurses are courteous and knowledgeable, and the rehab therapists are motivated to help. Alex is director of rehabilitation services, and he is an asset. If you need anything ask for Michael, director of admissions or Kim, director of nursing. The worst thing I can say is the food is fair.

The care at Harbor Beach is extremely good. Harbor Beach has approximately 58 beds which is much smaller then most typical nursing homes, which created more of a family atmosphere and very easy to establish personal relationships when calling about your loved one. The staff is always available for the residents. Through the Covid period, I must say the Harbor Staff was really on the ball, and they continue to make the well-being of the residents a priority. My mother has been there for a few years now and I feel very comfortable with her in Harbors hands. A big thanks to the staff there.

Facility is very clean which is the most important to me. Staff is so kind and patient. Physical rehab staff is amazing!! It doesn't feel like a nursing home at all in here. I feel safe and well cared for.

This place is a NIGHTMARE. If you love your loved one DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE..EVER. My loved one was sent there and now not only can she not walk, she now has pneumonia and UTI infection because they don't care, they won't change their diapers, they make them sit in their urine and feces for 3 to 4 hours without even caring. You call, they let it ring and ring and than they hang up on you. This is NIGHTMARE never ever go to this place. They have been reported to CMS, Medicare, and NSPIRE. I hope to God you don't go through what we went through. They don't even deserve 1 star.............
