South Florida Physical Therapy is the go to facility for any PT needs . This is my second experience . I was fortunate to work with Tara concerning a tendon issue with my foot . She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. At the beginning of every session we would talk about how I was feeling and she would quickly change my therapy program that day if needed. The entire staff is very friendly and professional as well. I’m happy to say that my foot is feeling great !

The faculty at SoFlo is great. They have move exercises to help me than I ever seen. They were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. When I first started physical therapy my back pain & discomfort was 9-10. Starting with Alexis and finishing with Jessica it has improved to 3-4 level. I’m taking less pain meds also. The whole staff are excellent. To Alexis, Jess, Justin, Nat and CC I want to say thank you.

I thought I had good therapy in the past but none measured up to the great results I had with Dr. Jessica Smith and South Florida Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab. My program was constantly updated so I was challenged to improve w/out ever over-doing.
The facility is modern with lots of sunlight and well-maintained equipment. The support staff of Natasha and Justin willingly help patients with assigned exercises while cleaning equipment between patients using it. I was fortunate to have Intern Kate to work with me several times. Her bright smile, pleasant personality and level of knowledge were always helpful.
All the staff (at least 4 holding Doctorates in Physical Therapy) worked together to present a cheerful environment that encouraged success. I observed patients from “I really don’t want to be here” beginners to obviously highly trained athletes grow in strength and balance.
I give “Jess” and So Flo PT & Sports Rehab the highest marks possible, and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of physical improvements. I’ll be back if ever I’m again in need.

SoFloPT has exceeded all of my expectations!
They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. coming off of injuries and surgeries with ankle and Achilles -I am now pain-free & returning to all of my activities and adding some new ones. Ally was just fantastic. We set some pretty aggressive but achievable goals and exceeded all of them. I’ve had a lifetime of sports injuries, but can say in all honesty, she is the best physical therapist I’ve had the opportunity to work with.

SoFloPT is my go to physical therapy sanctuary. The facility always looks and feels so clean and smells great. I came in with hip and back pain. Dr Alvin Puri was my physical therapist. He has an awesome and welcoming personality. He made it comfortable and fun but effective therapy sessions. Time seemed to fly by. The staff was simply inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Puri for your physical therapy needs. I have been to other facilities and nothing compares. Thank you so much Alvin. Miss you all.
