My family and I placed my grandmother at Delaney Park and we couldn't have been more pleased and happier with the tender, loving care the staff provided. The nurses and CNA's work diligently, providing 5 star care, treating your loved one like one of their own. The Administrator and his team are quick to resolve any concerns that are voiced and continue to check in after to ensure your loved one is having an excellent experience. It is a clean and beautiful facility! My family highly recommends Delaney Park to anyone looking for skilled nursing care/rehabilitation.

Hey if you can afford a better rehab or nursing facility go ahead choose other than here. Because the facility is lacking in competent care they only take orders no one ever has answers about what is going on. Also they are just letting people share rooms w unvaccinated patients so they can contract illnesses like Co vid and then they quarantine together instead of isolation depending on vaccination. My mom was supposed to be there to get rehab not to contract a Covid illness. I hope she makes it through because this is negligence on the facility not doing enough to protect the elderly. Patients are just bodies filling up rooms to this facility .

I do not recommend this place at all. I'm paralegic and a specialized wheelchair. This place referred me to go to this other home. They said that I would like it and all that. The place that they referred me to is a scammer he will scam people out of their money he will charge bookoo's money. He already has a house that got shut down and he told everyone that was in that house who was from nursing homes that they're on their own. I turn around and I told the place about it. They told me that I could just move. I said it's not just as easy as you make it sound like. I told them to stop referring people out of Delaney and putting them in this home but they have decided to refuse my request and now I have investigators and DCF involved the next thing is the contact the senator the mayor and anyone I can that will listen. This place do not care about your loved ones. So please please the love of God skip this place.

My grandparents had great experiences at this facility. Delaney Park helped them get back on their feet in no time, feeling healthy and enjoying life to the fullest once more. Thank you to the Delaney Park team!

My father was admitted in September 2023 for back pains, and little by little. He only got worse at this place. He wasn't given his medication properly even after my sister and mother both advocated for him because he was an unable to advocate for himself due to a speech impediment. He was supposed to be given a medication to stop water from building into his legs and feet. My mom told them his prescriptions in the amount of times he was taking it so the medical team was aware after visiting two weeks later, my mom noticed his legs being swollen. My mom asked are these medication's being give it to him, the nurse said no we are not a hospital. We are a rehab. So you're telling me the name Delaney Park health had nothing to do with anything medical? They are still required to abide by the medication management that each patient has. After advocating for my father for about a month my mom was able to finally get them to get a prescription and his legs slowly started to get better. He was then discharged on December 25. I don't know why he was even allowed to be discharged because he wasn't even doing better. He was only worse when he first walked in there and yes, I said walk because he was on a wheelchair when he was coming out. My sister, my mom my entire family tried to communicate countless times with the nursing station in the medical team at the facility and got nowhere. There was nobody at the nursing station which wasn't a big surprise to me. So trying to advocate for any medical questions issues or even trying to call in to get an update. Got you know where because nobody ever picked up that phone how is it that your loved ones are there and this establishment is playing monopoly with their life. Unfortunately, he was readmitted on the 25th due to falling. Countless times my family went to visit him and noticed that his legs were progressively getting worse and they were getting nowhere they were being told. Yeah they just get like that. On January 27, we went to visit my father and noticed that his legs were extremely swollen. During the visit we tried to communicate this information to the nursing team, but nobody again was at the nursing station, and nobody was nowhere to be found. On January 28, my father was discharge and I looked over his paperwork and they stated that he was in good health and healthy enough to leave this facility On January 29 my father died. His heart stopped. His legs were swollen into the touch and as you know with this medication, if you are not taking it as prescribed by the doctor in your legs to be swollen, you were putting more of a straight on your heart it work double the amount of time for somebody who has already had issues in the past they've only expedited his death. I don't understand how this was not caught during his discharge, how he was push out without getting an entire evaluation? How was this missed? I blame you Delaney Park Health.
